Her and two other women start talking loudly and she kept repeating I came in late and didn't say I wanted shellac, until finally I was pushed over the edge and angrily told her I came at the time I was supposed to and made the appointment for two manicure pedicure, shellac, even called to confirm, and that it was not my problem they misunderstood, and definitely not an excuse to treat me rudely. She continued arguing with me until finally she let us sit down and get our pedicures. When I came, the lady at the front counter got upset with me saying I was half an hour late. I came at this time and even confirmed the appointment with them earlier that day. I booked for two manicure and pedicures, shellac at a certain time. I was a regular customer of there's and always ignored this until finally I was treated so poorly I never returned. ![]()
